Being Personal...
Outside of work, I'm a family man at heart. Some of my favourite hours are spent in the kitchen — cooking is as much a creative outlet for me as writing ever was, and I enjoy experimenting with cuisines almost as much as I enjoy sharing the results with people I care about.
I'm drawn to conversations on spirituality, culture, and cuisine, and I travel with an open mind — less interested in checking places off a list, more interested in what a place or a person can teach me. That curiosity shows up in some of my writing here too, whether it's about the quieter figures behind India's space programme or the meaning behind festivals like Govardhan Puja.
I grew up in a modest household, where small wins were celebrated like big ones — and that shaped who I am today. I try to carry humility and kindness alongside a sense of responsibility, and I learned early to respect every profession equally, whether it's a street vendor or a qualified doctor.
I believe in staying adaptable, but never at the cost of self-respect, and I try to balance that adaptability with honest self-reflection. If there's one thing I've come to believe, it's that we learn less from any single life lesson and more from the sum of people we meet and the experiences we choose to have along the way.
