Hello, I am Jasraj!

Professionally, I would describe myself as a multi-role professional with experience spanning content and copy editing, customer experience, workforce operations, and internal audit and compliance — built across the media, travel, BPO, and service sectors over close to a decade.

I started out telling stories: writing copy, editing scripts, and producing TV content and documentaries. Over time, that grew into a broader comfort with operations and people-facing work — managing customer escalations, coordinating workforce schedules, and most recently, conducting internal audits of contractual obligations and compliance documentation. What's stayed constant through all of it is attention to detail, clear communication, and a willingness to learn whatever a role demands.

Colleagues often describe me as a "motivated and results-oriented individual who's willing to go the extra mile to get the job done" — someone who's a team player and shows up for the people around them.
